If you don’t want to use their branded instant Keurig Oatmeal, simply use the hot water option and allow it to flow over instant oatmeal and spice it up with your favorite combinations of fruit, herbs and spices.

Soup

The fact that you can make tasty soups just shows you the extent of what you can make with your Keurig beyond a cup of coffee.

Keurig has a partnership with Campbell’s who have created a range of soups for their K-Cups. The K-cups are filled with a broth flavoring and contain no coffee grinds. Putting anything other than water, and you risk damaging your machine and/or spoiling future drinks that you make.

Yes, you can make the base for your frothy drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes etc with your Keurig, but under no circumstances should you put milk in your Keurig machine reservoir. Keurig has a milk frother that you can use for frothing your milk.

The Keurig milk frother helps you to make delicious milk froth with little effort – all you need to do is press a button.

Can You Put Milk Into A Keurig

No, I strongly advise against putting milk into your Keurig coffee machine. The milk will stick to the inside of the pipes and tubing and eventually go off, burn and cause bacteria to build up.

You should never put milk in any coffee maker, especially one with a water reservoir, tubing, and a heating element. You will end up damaging your machine.
