Preheating your water to 70C makes a much tastier moka pot coffee.
Heating your almond milk, when you start to see vapor rising from your milk it is at the perfect temperature. When your milk is ready, add it to a tall glass and fill to no more than a third full. Add the sweetener of your choice and stir well.

Ingredients You Will Need

Heat your milk. Add the vanilla extract. Optional, slice a French vanilla pod and add it to your milk while heating it. Add your cocoa and sugar and mix well. When you start to see steam rising from your milk, it is at the perfect temperature.
Any hotter will destroy the milk fats and make it difficult to get a high quality froth.
Pour your hot milk into a tall glass and insert your milk frother to the bottom and start frothing at a low speed for 30 seconds. Move the wand through your milk slowly and evenly from the bottom to the top.
