Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew Ingredients VIP Notes
The name of game here and with this recipe is to get as close to what is served at Starbucks and match their flavor. To do this we are going to use Starbucks cold brew coffee pitcher packs. This guarantees that our coffee will be th exact same flavor as what you will get at the world’s most famous coffee shop.
The pitcher packs are easy to use, simply stick one or two into water as per the instructions on the product pack and quantity you are making. Use cold water and let it brew in your fridge for 16 to 24 hours.
For the half and half cream, it is much easier and convenient to use ready made half and half cream than to mix your own. It’s a short cut and little time saver and why buy two ingredients when you only need one.
For caramel sauce, honestly I use it frequently and find making my own more that pain in the butt and a huge inconvenience. Store-bought caramel sauce is much better. I love the Hollander brand.
Torani and DaVinci Gourmet brands have great sugar free options, which are my favorite brands for sauces and syrups for the quality, taste and being sugar free. They are also very easy to stir and mix into hot coffee and cold drinks. You’ll find them on Amazon.
You can buy sugar-free vanilla syrup and some exotic options, Madagascar vanilla, French vanilla and more if you don’t want to make your own homemade vanilla syrup.
Vanilla syrup, it’s up to you; making your own is an option and is so easy to make. The vanilla syrup is added to your cold foam with a pinch of sea salt.

Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew Nutrition
Knowing the nutritional details of the drinks at Starbucks are, in my humble opinion, important as I personally consider a trip to Starbuck as the same as any fast food outlet. I consider the coffee drinks to be treats and as liquid cakes if we were to have a closer look at their calorie, sugar and fat content.
Which is what we are about to do with this neat little table.
Drink Size | Sugar | Fat | Calories | Caffeine | Pumps Of Syrup |
Tall 12 Oz (360 ml) | 19 | 12 | 190 | 145 mg | 3 |
Grande 16 Oz (480 ml) | 26 | 14 | 240 | 185 mg | 4 |
Venti 24 Oz (7200 ml) | 32 | 15 | 270 | 275 mg | 6 |
Trenta 30 Oz (900 ml) | 37 | 15 | 300 | 320 mg | 7 |
These details have been taken from Starbucks website directly. You can see why I strongly suggest that you look for sugar-free options when making your own.
